TERRA NFT is a real estate project in Merida Yucatan Mexico. We are building an NFT community to participate in 4 different levels in this project:
Seed investor – Seed investors will be the Founding NFT members who will help build the real estate project for a profit. Once we start to build the 160 Villas they will be promoted to sell at pre-construction prices.
Buy a Villa – The Founding NFT community members will have the first opportunity to buy a Villa at a 20% discount of the 1st pre-construction price.
Rental Income – The owner of the Villa will be able to rent the unit year round on their own. OR rent it to the Convention center for their events.

Rental income from the convention events. – As an NFT Founding member and the owner of a Villa, you can generate additional rental income from the rentals of the conference center as a part of the NFT community we will allocate a % of the profits to the NFT Founders who contributed to build this 1st project of many we have in mind to build a worldwide community via TERRA NFT Real Estate Projects.
